"It wasn’t the worst experience, but I would appreciate more attention to certain details."

The breakfast was pretty good. It was very clean and well stocked. For a buffet it had a good directional flow.

The ac was very loud. We didn’t have a tv remote and called the desk and couldn’t understand what they were talking about. So we went down and they did replace it. also, I completed the online check in except the photo ID because it wasn’t with me at the time, but when I checked in I had to redo all the information again. I was expecting to save time so that was a disappointment.

Location only

Communication in language, dirty floors in room, mold in room, spiderwebs in room , stuffy damp odor in room, old rough towels. No shower curtain at all. Breakfast not good. Dried over microwaved meat, biscuits were old and dry. Only a table spoon of syrup in one bottle on the counter. No hot water for instant grits. Sticky floors in dining room. Overall bad.
