The cleanliness

I had to keep asking for more towels and I wasn’t getting housekeeping without asking . Everytime the people ask for the dirty towel they get them but don’t bring any clean towels

Loved the breakfast option and how clean it was

I didn’t like that the rooms don’t have curtains , they have a shade that allows so much light it that it’s hard to sleep for people who like it darker . An upgraded to a curtain would be amazing

The air unit wasn’t working good

Clean room and King Bed. Refrigerator with an Ice Box.

Breakfast was very low in options and quality. Attendant had to be asked for replacements on food items.

Dirtiest most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed at in my life. Smelled awful too.

The smell of the hotel

The first room was nasty,didn’t have clean floors, sheets had stains,& the wifi was in and out

The staff was very friendly and helpful, in particular, the front desk staff and the cook for breakfast. The front desk clerk was very helpful when there was water leaking from the refrigerator.

The room had a smell to it, the floor was wet, and there was hair in the bathroom. The items for breakfast are not what I am used to. The box eggs are not appeasing. I see where you are cutting corners but that is not the way to go. The refrigerator in the room was leaking water all over the floor making it very slippery.
