"Everything was wonderful, if you could skip breakfast…so sorry, but you asked? The ladies at the reception area…you need"

The hotel was absolutely very attractive, as well as convenient to Berlin, as well as other places we wanted to see, Berlin was just a few minutes away by way of very pretty homes, pastures, just one better than the next!

The buffet was always clean…great coffee … the food was not as up to par as the rest of the hotel. Honestly I found it hard to find something to eat . I am not a big fan of waffles, but my husband said they were good. Please cook the biscuits…or change brands! Gravy was tasty, but once it was on the biscuit…well? How about an oatmeal bar with assorted toppings?

The staff was very friendly and had a good appearance about themselves no one looked like they didn't want to be there and they were clean and tidy about themselves. The breakfast area was clean and the options were good. The facility accommodated my dog which was a bonus.

My pillows were a little to soft.

The hot tub had brown stuff floating in it , the pool was also a little dirty. Between the mattress and head board was filthy and the beds were loud

Very good breakfast, wide variety. Hotel spotless, clean comfortable room, Beds, bedding very nice. Great bathroom with wonderful shower, towels ect.

Extra pet fee charged by hotel when checking in,after I had paid on line and all fees were suppose to be already included in price.

"Everything was good, a little noisy, but ok."

Breakfast was ok. My husband enjoyed it. I can't get up and move around so I wasn't able to help myself. I have to use a walker, so that makes it hard to do in a crowd.
