Exceptional staff, very helpful and super clean rooms

The air conditioning did work in the room. The room had available cable, and overall the area was pretty quiet.

The sink in my room did not work. When I tried to use it the water did not go down the drain. I did report this to the front desk and nothing was done about it. Sheets and towels were not replaces. The room did have a distinct cigarette smell.

I liked the location.

They gave me a smoking room and he said it it didn’t smell but the room was horrible. The tv was small and the room didn’t look clean. When I went down stairs to complain nobody was around. The elevator didn’t work and we had to take the stairs. I wasn’t told that when I was checking in. The stairs halls smell like urine, trash and many other smells. I will never stay at an extended stay
