Asked for more towels an d got them.

no wi-fi, kept lockin g us out and having to keep getting new keys happened three times in a three-night stay.

We needed to contact someone and no one answers the phone we did not end up staying here but customer service is not great.

Outdated, needs a facelift

The girl at check-in was very friendly and welcoming, and the bed itself was comfortable.

Unfortunately, those were about the only positives. As soon as the lift opened on the fourth floor, the carpet looked dirty and poorly maintained, which gave a bad first impression straight away. The room itself felt grotty and unclean, with stains all over the carpet. The bathroom also didn’t feel properly cleaned, especially around the edges. There were several maintenance issues as well. The lamp on the right side of the bed wasn’t working, and the fridge wasn’t even plugged in when I arrived. There was a power box being used for the fridge, microwave, and coffee machine, but because of the style and spacing of the plugs, you could only realistically use one appliance at a time. It also didn’t seem like a very safe or practical setup, and I’d be surprised if it didn’t risk tripping the circuit. The TV was also practically unusable. The cable box kept freezing and restarting, making it extremely frustrating to use. Overall, while the staff member at check-in was lovely and the bed was comfortable, the room condition, cleanliness, maintenance issues, and poor facilities made this a very disappointing stay. I would not stay at this location again.

The staff was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I was asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. We were working nights and the staff was very conscientious that we needed quiet during their normal business hours. Great hotel.

The carpet needed to be stretched and the homeless was out of control in Las Cruces. I hated parking by the back door as it wasn’t kept as clean.
