Location and the breakfast.

Poor lighting in the room and dirty hallway carpeting. Also when leaving saw an exterminator go into the room across from mine.

Staff helpful. Meal possibility at hotel good for evening. Check out fir splitting meal helpful.

We liked the professional staff, food, comfortable room, parking, location and access to 65!

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The beds are very comfortable, and the food is tasty with a great variety.

How accommodating the front dest was when I encountered a problem.

Housekeeping did a shit job, found blood on my sheets and food, and pewbic hair on my pillow. The mirror had been water marks and streaks. Love the pool and hot tube other than I feel the hot tube should have an age limit. As an adult taking his family on a getaway, I feel I should be able to soak in a hot tube without a shit ton of kids treating it as a pool, maybe turn up the temp to where it's less desirable. After all the problems I had, I felt my rate should have been lowered for what I paid. The front desk sent me out a gift certificate to compensate for my troubles, but after the stay, Im am not sure if I would return to your establishment. I may consider making you guys my go-to stay spot, but I will have to be compensated for my bad experiences.

Staff was super friendly. Room was clean.

Proximity to the interstate can be loud. Especially with emergency vehicles. But it's close to everything so you got to make sacrifices.

Very wonderful selection at breakfast. Free dinner which was very nice.

The shower was slippery. Water pressure was fantastic. Needs new anti-slip stuff in the tub.
