The handicap room was very accomodating. The rooms could use some updating.

Had no a/c and it was over 90 degees outside over 80 in the room ,refrigerator was only cool and phone did not work , we had to move to another room there where the door would not lock except for the hand clasp.we left for the entire day and came back to no house cleaning or towels or was clothes replaced. We spoke to the desk and were told we had to request house cleaning and request towels she then gave me a set of towels and offered to come clean the room herself which i declined.there were about a dozen childeren running up and down the halls and in the lobby with no staff interceeding with them.I've stayed at several Marriots in the past and never had such a terrible visit.Very dissapointed and probably will stay at another business that shows me a better stay.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Food options: poor. Unssatifactory food. Way, way overpriced! $30.00+ for 2 cheese covered bread slices with no taste. It was supposed to be pizza on flatbread. Made in a microwave. Not our idea of a hotel restaurant. Bed comfort: fair. I slept better than i thought i would. Bed was easy to get into. Not too high. Internet access: fair, slower. Main areas of dissatisfaction: STAFF not helpful, odd night desk man with no personality or friendliness. That was at our 9 p.m. check-in. Check-out: same impersonal, unfriendly staff member. Didn't ask how was our stay. Didn't tell me how much i owed. No personality for someone who greets the public. Few amenities! No free continental breakfast! Very disappointing! No FREE coffee anywhere in the building! Unreal. I even asked the lady at check-out. You would think i asked for a free night stay. I just didn't like the overall look or feel of this not-up-to-date hotel. Very boring. Outdated style, in other words. The telephone in our room didnt work at all. We've never encountered that at a hotel before! There was a built in cooler (refrigerator?) With NO FREEZER! No microwave. Cheap and sparse toiletries in bathroom. Coffee maker looked very old and coffee did, too. They had a bottle of Life Water in the room they wanted $6.00 a bottle for. *I WOULD NEVER STAYBHERE AGAIN! NEVER USE THIS CHAIN! GLAD IT WAS ONLY FOR ONE NIGHT!

I loved the bed - honestly, after driving all day the bed was clean, the pillows were absolutely so comfy and the mattress was perfect. I loved that the room temp was 65 (90 outside) it was perfect temperature! Both of the beds were perfect for our family.

I was not impressed by the breakfast pricing! Entirely too high! :/

Worked well for what we needed

Need to clean the carpet in the lobby and elevator. The whole place needs a renovation. Disappointing for a Marriott

I am Marriott Bonvoy member traveling cross country for work, I was surprised to see the condition of the carpet dirty and humid not sure if its because of the summer weather or just lack of maintenance. The tub also kept backing up, not the usual quality stay I expected. Outside of that everything else was ok.

Staff was attentive

Location was decent ...that was about it

Front desk very rude . Have stayed at many Marriott properties in the past but this has to be the worst. Booked king room with sofa bed - I paid for breakfast for two and told me were only entitled to one breakfast Overall very poor I have stayed in properties all over the world - this was not good
