Large lobby, valet parking, welcoming staff. Like to have options for entertainment, workouts, and relaxing, all in the same hotel.

Long lines for breakfast omelets(great tastings). Could hire another , extra help for this station A little tight to navigate easily. More individual space. Game room is expensive. Ping pong table needed?

We came to Portland for a club basketball tournament and stayed at the Embassy Suites downtown. Everyone was so helpful and kind, and the valet was especially helpful with our big van! Thanks Steven!
