Understaffed and barely good breakfast.

Unique building and historic to the area. Needs updating. The restaurant for breakfast was excellent!

We had a transformer breakdown in the neighborhood, but the gal was able to make our breakfast in the dark. She was great! She was also helpful in making suggestions about what to do in the rain. The location was also great—near a variety of restaurants.

Nothing really.

This is older (on historical list), but quaint and clean. Love the fireplace and gathering area, breakfast was in a separate dining room. We had the usual in-room amenities, and the front desk gals were really nice. You can walk to a number of restaurants, brew pub, etc, and the new, modern library is almost next door. We would stay again!

This is our favorite place to stay when we're in Billings, especially for The October Renaissance Festival. The staff is always friendly, and this time went above and beyond in the middle of the night! And this time we even found a great restaurant nearby and a really great bookstore that I've been meaning to check out.

It was okay for the price. There were homeless people asking for money and alcohol, which made us nervous.

It is an old place with charm. Clean, staff super nice, pretty quiet.

Clean and comfortable but dated and had direct access from parking lot not just interior door. Lots of people milling around outside which I did not like.
