"It was a good room for a one night stay, but I wouldn’t book again."

I like the Jacuzzi tub, it was very spacious. I like the hot tub next to the pool, we had the room right across from the pool. I like how big the tv was. The location was close to all the good thing in Ukiah.

The walls were very thin, you could hear everything, we had people argue outside our room at 1am and wake us up it was very annoying. The room smelled like stale cigarettes, it was awful. The fridge was making this banging noise the entire time we were in the room. We could get a late checkout which was not at all convenient.

"This place should not be part of the Best Western family."

This place is hideous and a low-grade hotel with a terrible breakfast and they beat up parking lot. The rooms are c- at best and in Ukiah there are much better hotels for much cheaper that even give you an actual breakfast.
