Beds and water pressure.

Laminate floors were dirty (need to be mopped), air conditioner fan is fairly loud, but worked, and there is no decent ground cover (green grass) anywhere close available for your dog to use.

As a Best Western Diamond Select Reward holder and a business traveler (see my reviews) - this is one of the nicest BW SureStay hotels I have ever stayed in. It is a basic, standard property outside with outside corridor rooms - which I prefer anyway. The rooms are all brand new - very nicely put together and contemporary. Fresh everything and large to boot. Stay on the first floor and was very quiet the night I stayed as well as the parking was well lighted and safe.

I made the reservation for one of our speakers. She showed up with a hotel confirmation number, and it was not honored. She was told there were no rooms available, yet was "offered" a suite, and had to pay for it. I am waiting for a full refund of the reservation I made, to reimburse at least part of her expenses. This is a negative review, we will not continue promoting the hotel during our business venues!
