plane was delayed, no one to check us in, lobby closed at 10pm hotels.com assitance was very bad, no help what so every, had to figure out on my own where to stay the night.

I was was in a my own head when I checked in! They could not help me a little by lowering the price. Me wanting a lower price is my concern not theirs. They were very caring and did not treat me badly at all!

Unhappy with how unclean the room was. Mold spores in the bathroom on the ceiling. Dust everywhere, lint and dust in all the drawers and in all the corners. Only 2 towels for 4 people. The mirror in the room was dirty. The floor was nasty. Desk chair was gross.

Not that clean and no one to check us in. Finally someone came down and checked us in.

ROOM WAS DIRTY. FACILITY WAS DIRTY. WHEN CHECKING IN, NO ONE WAS AT THE FRONT. WAITED FOR 20 MINUTES

The staff was very nice Jennie and Jenny were very helpful

This is a transitional housing property. Front desk is closed 10:0 pm - 9:00 am. Double bed room had 1 towel and 2 wash cloths, no hand towels yo be had, period. It had a kitchenette with no dishes, flatware or anything; but they’d sell a set at the desk! Not a hotel we it’s a kitchenette, if that’s what you want for a shorter stay.

Needed silverware for food we ordered and staff gave us some

The freakin’ smoke alarm detector went off at 6:00 am way before I planned to wake up. I had a 16-hour drive to get to Sandy and then a 6-hour drive to get back to my home in Gypsum. I couldn’t tell the front office because they open at 9:00 am. I have a recording of the decide going off…ugh!
