Remek helyen, központi elhelyezkedésű szálloda. A kínált reggeli bőséges volt, igen nagy választékkal. Sokat jelentett, hogy kora este számíthattunk egy biztos, egyszerű meleg vacsorára. A szállás megfelelt a közzétett képeken látottaknak. A délutáni fika kedves gesztus a délután közepén.

Kunne vært en taklampe i oppholdsrommet. Var litt mørkt når det ble mørkt ute.

Excellent location. Very nice hotel 3 night stay half board.

The room (a deluxe) was very dark. Only has spot lighting. Not too bad mid Summer but must be tricky in the dark nordic winter. Beds very uncomfortable. Too soft and the mattress kept sliding on the floor when you turned over. Be careful! Also the bedroom floors are wooden, which is OK but there are carpeted areas raised about a millimetre off the floor. You can very easily trip over. Fortunately you tend not to get too drunk in bergen with beer costing £14 a pint.

Pour le repas du soir proposé en option avec la chambre, le menu n'est pas terrible. De plus, arrivés pour dîner à 20h05, on nous a annoncé que le service était terminé alors qu'il était affiché jusqu'à 21h ...car le dimanche soir ils arrêtent à 20h!

Morgenmad super god og skønt med kaffe/ kage om eftermiddagen. Vi hyggede os alligevel, og beliggenheden var super god. Personalet var fantastisk.

Vi manglede lys i loftet i værelset. Også for lidt lys ved spejl i badeværelset. Den extra seng som kunne trækkes ud , var ikke så behagelig. Middagen og aftenen var ikke så spændende.

Good location and good size room.

When we arrived we were informed strikes were on, and there would be no evening meal (something we had already paid for). I was assured by the staff at Reception that we would be credited 2000 NOK onto my payment card. Despite this, I had to continue to chase this when I had finished my holiday. The outcome was following booking.com involvement, the hotel eventually gave us a goodwill refund, which did not come to 2000 NOK. I felt the hotel could have emailed us before our stay to inform us of the strikes, so we could then decide to cancel or continue with our stay. I felt the hotels communication in this matter was poor, lacked transparency and honesty. To get a refund from this hotel was a taxing experience.
