"Estadia tranquila"

As instalações são boas e a localização é excelente. fica a poucos metros de todos os transporte e numa zona de lojas, restaurantes e bares. Pequeno almoço bom e muito variado.

parte dos trabalhadores estavam em greve e os serviços estavam reduzidos. não havia limpeza diária dos quartos nem serviço de jantar. marcamos em regime de meia pensão e tivermos de jantar fora do hotel, o que é caríssimo. o valor que nos devolveram referente aos 3 dias de jantar, não foi suficiente para um jantar num restaurante.

"Voltak problémák de alapjában elfogadható volt"

Közel volt a központ. Jó volt a reggeli.

A szoba előtt gyűjtötték 2 tárolón a szennyes ágyneműt.Ott volt a takarító és mosószoba ahonnan hangos búgóhang volt.A szálloda az elmaradt vacsorákért nem adott kompenzációt.

"We really loved the location and accomodations."

Hospitality and staff were wonderful. The hotel is beautiful inside. There are many comfortable places to sit, coffee and water available. Wonderful breakfast with a variety of foods for everyone's needs.

We were on the Bryggen side on a Saturday night in May. The noise from the street was very loud until early in the morning.

Très bien

La formule demi pension a été payée mais pas "utilisé" car il y avait grève (et ce n'est pas ça le problème). Le prix aurait dû être en fonction du service sur place. Lorsque j'ai demandé, on m'informe que c'est avec l'assurance qu'il faut voir...aucune logique.

"Location gut, aber von der Hotelleitung - was das Abendessen angeht - völlig im Stich gelassen"

Die Lage ist optimal und könnte gar nicht besser sein. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war wirklich alles da, was das Herz begehrt.

Mich hat total geärgert, dass das Abendessen - das wegen eines bereits zwei Wochen andauernden Streiks - abgerechnet wurde. Uns wurde erst nach der Bezahlung mitgeteilt, dass kein Abendessen serviert werden kann. Jetzt muss ich schauen, wie ich mein Geld zurück erstattet bekomme.

Die Lage war zentral direkt am Hafen.

Der Lift fiel für mehrere Tage aus. Der Weg zum Zimmer war abenteuerlich. Der Streik der schon mehrere Wochen andauert, betraf auch dieses Hotel.
