Staff was helpful, however there are suggestions I have below.

When we checked in, a person came to front desk to say his key card didn't work. When we tried to use our key card, it also didn't work. Fortunately, our room was fairly close to the lobby, and the desk attendant walked with us to our door, and showed us how to use the card. Apparently, one simply has to leave it in for a moment, then quickly slide it out. I felt that should have been explained when we received the cards, rather than waste our time with trial and error. As we were checking out, I accidentally left my keycard in the room. The front desk attendant was a new person who I'd not yet met. Without batting an eyelash or asking for ID, or accompanying me to my room, she gave me a card to unlock the room number I gave her. This is a serious security risk. What if I wasn't who I said she was? Just because I'm a woman, doesn't mean I'm safe, nor that I'm the actual guest that booked that room. Security needs to be tighter when giving someone, ANYONE access to a room after check in.
