Everything I only booked this place for the jacuzzi and it was ice cold I talked to staff about turning the heat on and they said no so I asked for a discount they said no also the hallway carpet was stained and dirty the room carpet was stained and dirty there were weaker outside place is due for a update will not ever stay again

Nos dieron un cuarto con alfombra manchada, cortinas llenas de mugre, y un olor a humedad que no se fue con nada. Me dijeron que allí van camioneros generalmente y está bien, pero me dejé guiar por los reviews u la verdad que lo único bueno era el personal porque lo demás ocupa lavado de alfombra… y los muebles y eso ya se ven fregados… en fin… instalaciones descuidadas… ocupa urgente remodelación…
USThe room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Happy with free breakfast choices and lots of good channels to watch on tv. Will be going back for future stays!
The mini coffee maker in my room didn’t work. I had some trouble with checking in because I booked the room through booking.com and I was accidentally charged extra money multiple times, but the staff took care of it quickly, with a good attitude so I appreciated that!
