It's the little things. The TV remote control needed batteries, the dead bolt door lock did not engage, the ice machine was turned off and the hard wired smoke alarm was disconnected and inoperable.
USThe check in was simple enough. The worker wasn’t the friendliest, and didn’t even say which floor our room was in and we had to go back in to ask. The surrounding area of the hotel had homeless people everywhere, on every corner and across the streets. Air conditioning worked okay, and tv was also irregular with its features with its volume and connecting to the wifi. At night the hotel was very noisy. Overall it did its job. It’s an outdated hotel and could use some improvements. Best part was the staff at the breakfast in the morning, they were great and had the best customer service.
Tweaked out zombies all over this area. Scary people out at all hours.

USAbsolutely horrible. The shower leaked and it leaked into the bathroom floor. The ceiling had mold on the floor and on the ceiling the air conditioning leak. The sink in the bathroom was just about to fall off.
