No me gustó que te hagan un sobre giro cuando obviamente ya as pagado el ospedaje y no puedan resolverlo y quede perdido ese dinero. Prácticamente pague 2 veces el hospedaje tengan mucho cuidado

The breakfast was good.

There are 3 Hyatts in the area none of the staff at any of them made it clear where I should be going and how to get there. It took 3 hours to get to the correct location. When one has been traveling for hours one is tired and confused and some extra assistance would have been nice At the hotel the TV/remote didn't work also the hair dryer. I went to the desk and with the dryer and the woman at the desk literally asked what do I want her to do about that? The general lack of concern for their guests is staggering. The last time I will ever consider staying at any Hyatt.
