Homewood Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City Airport

We had to get a last minute room for a basketball tournament our son was in. Not only were we able to get in the same hotel with our team but the staff was super friendly to us and we're available for any questions we had.

This is a former Hyatt Place hotel currently underoing renovation (March 2024) as a Hilton brand property. Unlike another Hilton hotel I stayed at recently, this venue was responsible and kind enough to include a clear advisory on their website stating that building work was in progress. I usually don't mind staying at a hotel that's being worked on as long as I know in advance. So there were some dust sheets in the lobby, but the staff went out of their way to make sure breakfast was served and other operations were carried on as normal. A special "thank you" to Todd who recommended a quiet room for me. And it was very quiet and pleasant! A good night's sleep, close to OKC airport, and The Frosted Mug Grill & Big Bar is right there in the same parking lot, in case you are in the mood for a beer and burger. This hotel will probably rate five stars when the renovations are complete. I'll check it out if I'm back that way.

This property is under construction. I had a 5 hour drive and arrived late. I planned on sleeping. I woke up to hammering at 8am. I told the front desk and the just smiled and said sorry. Do not stay here if you plan on sleeping past 8am.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good because of the restaurant nearby.

I was not made aware of the status of remodeling. It was quite surprising! Breakfast was ehhh as well.

The room was perfect, the lobby had a lot of construction that we weren’t prepared for or aware of. But the front desk worker was really sweet & polite, the breakfast options were great.

The hotel room was great and the breakfast. The hotel itself was being remodeled so it will look great when it’s done.

They are remodeling the Hotel 1st day no internet or TV Day 2 and day 3 keys didn’t work so someone had to follow you to your room they have our phone #s they should have told us they were down. The girl that was there I wish I knew her name she was wonderful. Would consider somewhere else until remodel is over it’s a mess.

Renovation under way can't hear yourself talk. Had to wait 1 hr and 40 min to checkin after driving in. No internet to check us in due to renovations. Girls up front seemed very rude to me. Really need to use phone as hotspot or not be open if can't check in.

The facility was under renovations but the stay was overall great.
