Friendly staff

There were mice in the air conditioning unit, and the toilet was making a clucking noise. Despite my daily request for housekeeping, it wasn’t done. The rooms smelled terrible, and there was even weed, even though this is a smoke-free facility.

"Friendly staff and good breakfast, but poor cleanliness and very uncomfortable beds."

The staff was friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Breakfast was enjoyable. Towels changed daily.

Beds are very uncomfortable; it takes a few days to recover from the pain caused by a bad mattress. Rooms are not clean. Our sink has spit out toothpaste and hair from previous guests.

The location was perfect for me. Because I had a appointment with Nuvia, and I was right down the street from where my appointment was. I was too busy maybe next time I will get a chance to try the breakfast it looked delicious

All of the staff members that I came in contact with were so very nice. I enjoyed the way that I was treated by them.
