Ho apprezzato molto la comunicazione in inglese con lo staff: molte informazioni, chiare, sempre pronti ad aiutare. La posizione è perfetta, vicinissimo alla zona centrale lungo il fiume di Fenghuang. Bella anche la camera.

Excelente ubicación, camas cómodas, buena ducha. El joven de la recepción muy amable y preocupado por todo para que no tuviéremos problemas. Nos dio indicaciones de como llegar al alojamiento, sobre el pago y nos dio un mapa e indicaciones de las atracciones y actividades. Siempre en contacto por cualquier cosa.

L'emplacement est parfait, juste en dehors de l'animation de la vieille ville tout en étant très proche et à 3 minutes de l'arrêt de la navette pour la gare. Le staff est présent toute la journée, super gentil et serviable! La chambre et la salle de bain étaient confortables, n'hésitez pas
