Central location, lovely hotel, comfortable room, range of facilities (spa, pool, gym)

Clearly there was some confusion when we arrived as we had a phone call apparently from reception asking us when we had arrived! Parking availability is not great. Although a nice hotel it is not up there with certain others for finishing touches and extra comfort for the price point.
