It was very clean.

The bed and pillows were horrible. Pillows were flat and wouldn’t stay fluffed up. Bed was hard. Went down to get coffee at breakfast and they were out. We were told they had coffee 24 hours a day. Couldn’t keep the room cold. We had housekeeping knock and then just walk into our room the first day we were there. Asking if we needed the room cleaned.

o Staff sem duvida é o ponto alto do hotel, sempre muito prestativos, educados e atenciosos. Serviço de shutle muito pratico e confiável. Espaco de lounge no terreo bem agradável. Itens básicos de higiene e alguns alimentos disponíveis para compra no recepção do hotel.

Quartos são de bom tamanho, no entanto ar condicionado que não permite a mudança do vento, obriga a que tenhamos que desligar o ar dependendo onde estamos no quarto. roupa de cama de poliéster, esquenta muito e parece que estamos envolvidos por uma cortina. Portas não impedem barulho no corredor. Cheiro no quarto meio estranho, como se fosse de umidade.
