Absolutely Horrific – Stay Away at All Costs This was one of the most vile and unacceptable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Our room was infested with mold, and to make matters worse, there was urine on the toilet seat when we first entered the room — a clear indication that it had not been properly cleaned or inspected. The hotel staff were shockingly unhelpful and completely unaccommodating. When we brought the issues to their attention, they offered no apology, no compensation, and no meaningful solution — just a switch to another room that was just as filthy and disgusting. There was zero concern for guest health or safety. The conditions were unsanitary, the service was non-existent, and the management clearly doesn’t care. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here under any circumstances. This place should be inspected by health authorities — it’s that bad.

Localização fantástica!! Serviço impecável! Hotel é mais antigo, mas muito charmoso. Não gostei muito da área da pisina. Mas nada que prejudique.

Property is in an expensive location but the actual hotel is very average with a below average pool area and not great views. Great if you want to shop at luxury stores. Very expensive for this hotel in my opinion.

Me and my family was supposed to stay 2 nights last week in this hotel but unfortunately and due to the fires in Olbia, Olbia airport was closed for arrivals and departures and our plane got diverted to Rome. Flight got delayed and most airlines were not sure when the flights will resume so we ended up not going to Porto Cervo. I have asked the hotel to compensate me for the stay and they refused as the Management was unable to do it with such a short notice! It was a very disappointing feedback! I understand that this booking made on a non-refundable rate. However, the cancellation of my flight, which was a direct cause for my inability to fulfill the hotel booking, presents a significant and unusual circumstance and considered a natural disaster and no one has control over it. Management should have reconsidered their policy in such situation and offer a full or partial refund, or at least a voucher for future use. I’m an old member in BonVoy Marriot and I have stayed in their many hotels around the world but never been disappointed this much.

Excelente hotel e localização, quanto a praia está localizada a 15 minutos de barco que o hotel oferece de hora em hora.

Abbiamo vissuto un’esperienza incredibile e vorremmo sottolineare la cortesia e la gentilezza di tutto il personale: dai ragazzi che ci hanno accolto in auto, ai receptionist, alle cameriere e ai camerieri, al personale dei ristoranti dell’hotel, ai ragazzi che lavorano in spiaggia e a quello sulla barca. Tutti sono stati estremamente cortesi, cordiali e si sono impegnati al massimo per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole. Grazie mille!
