Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer schön und neu eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Wäsche waschen und trocknen in der guest laundry war sehr preiswert.

The breakfast was great the guy working was awesome and did a great job. The ladies in customer service front desk were very efficient and polite and very welcoming.

I stuck my foot with something in the rug. Not sure what it was doing the night. Went to the urgent care when I got home the next day.

The staff was very nice. Great hospitality and customer service!

Communication could use some improvement. My reservation was canceled due to issues processing my card. Although, I called 3hrs before to rectify the issue and was told everything was fine and nothing was needed. It seemed to be a communication issue between employees however had they called me back before canceling it would’ve saved me a little frustration but the staff fixed the issue promptly though. Also, the room I had smelled like urine in the carpet. There wasn’t any other room available so I had to stay in that room. I only stayed one night so I ran to Walmart got some air freshener for the night.
