"Very Good"

Check in was amazing, the lady was extremely friendly and kind. Breakfast was great, although the hospitality was less than, snide remarks and attitude was not necessary .

Did not eatat the hotel

The bed was very squeaky. The air conditioner was very loud and did not cool the room. The plaster on the ceiling was peeling off.

I stay at this particular hotel multiple times a year, and I'm always treated with professionalism. Lisa has checked me in several times, and makes my stay enjoyable every time. She's a keeper.

Occupancy was quite low, so it surprised me that someone was given the room directly above mine. They kept dropping things which made clangy noises - at 2AM.
