I asked for baby cot on my booking, and they didn’t bring it, i asked again the day I arrived to bring it and they promised to get it the next day but finally they have never brought it.

Air-conditioning was mouldy and had a horrendous smell, to the point of us requesting alternate accommodation. This was flatly refused despite are ongoing communication to resolve the matter. Promised technicians to fix never arrived. We booked something else for the rest of our stay.

The apartment was comfortable and spacious

It was problematic getting into the apartment with the lockbox, and it is far from the city centre on foot. Even though the AC was on and seemed to be working, it didn't really cool down the apartment.

Location was great, 20 min walk to the city, a great cafe and park down the road. There was no cot but was rectified asap by the cleaning staff.

Overall it presents well once you arrive but stays longer than a couple of days you notice how unkept the unit is and a bit of upkeep would go a long way. ie rugs and couch were filthy, no pressure in showerhead - had to use tap instead, vacuum cleaner had to be taken apart to clean the filth from the air ducts in order to use, screws were missing from the dining chairs which made them unstable to use, no parking. There was a general feel of uncleanliness - filthy thongs under the sink didn't help

Easy access, good location.

We were greatly disappointed with this apartment. It was very very dirty (carpets with stains, dirty floor under carpets, bedsheets with stains, very filthy shower). It had a strong smell of cigarette (despite being listed as non-smoking) and there was noise from the street in the bedrooms. We ended up leaving the apartment the next day due to lack of cleanliness, bad smell and noise. Although the customer service offered cleaning and room spray, they insisted that the apartment was operational and initially didn't want to refund the rest of our stay. The apartment is not suitable for staying there! It needs a lot of maintenance and deep cleaning to be in proper shape for anyone to stay in. Especially the carpets and the shower were extremely dirty!
