Absolutely amazing staff and facilities were amazing as well. I had 3 room reservations for a large group and it was handled beautifully and I was able to check in super fast and without any issues whatsoever. The staff were some of the friendliest and easy to work with people Iโ€™ve interacted with and would 12/10 stay here again!

"Excellent"

We had issues with the air conditioning not working properly. Only two sets of towels and wash clothes were in the room in spite of our booking for 4 in the room. Pool was down so we had to go to the sister hotel next door to use the pool there.

Mostly a good stay. The sink faucet had a pretty bad leak. We were in the room adjacent to the elevator and every time it moved there was a loud "clanking" noise from something in the elevator shaft.

The worse hotel I been! Not what I expected the staff like the front desk lady was so mean, breakfast area no food even the utensils to eat! To end these rooms smells so bad and old, dirty carpet and the sofa beds! I regret seeing my money spent in this type of hote!!!
