SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Silver City

Good location, most of the staff were friendly, clean pool area, clean room. We were able to still get breakfast even though we showed up right before 9:00.

Roaches on stairs, no towels on our last night, uncomfortable beds. Room had patio right outside window so people could see in if curtains were not closed and we had difficulty sleeping due to them talking loudly and playing loud music at night. Overall experience wasn't bad, we just didnt think it was worth the high price.

The staff was kind.

Way too much money for the property. The rooms were old, with noticeable wear and tear. The bed sunk in the middle.

Poor quality construction made the building very noisy in ice freezer. Compressor was evidently broken and would go off at 150 dB intermittently all night long.

Staff were nice and professional. Answered all my questions , check-in was quick and easy. They immediately moved us when our room was adjacent to an outdoor meeting area that was being well used by other clients.

The hotel had a worker clientele. People staying there knew each other and congregated. I was traveling with a friend and should have booked something more upscale. I thought the hotel was pricey, probably because most billing is corporate. It was not a good value for us. The location was not walkable to the town.
