SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Silver City

We were pleased with the stay because we had a bit of time at the pool and breakfast was included. The 2 bed room had everything you need, microwave, fridge, iron (always handy). I just thought it would be a little bigger. Great location, and easy access to stores and food.

It was clean. check in was upper easy and fast. my only issues is the ac it stays on so it get super cold at night.

There was a very bad musty smell in the room. We had to leave the window open and the air on to help it a bit.

That we got to use the grill and have a barbecue with family

Good location, clean,staff was friendly, breakfast was good.

Bed was small not very comfortable

We were given a room that had a strong petroleum smell. After my I checked it out it turned out maintenance had applied epoxy on some chips in the tub. The cleaning supervisor asked the clerk at the front desk if maintenance had informed her of it before she assigned the room. Clerk at front desk said no. Which surprises me as epoxy is very toxic. She asked the clerk to give us a suite if there was one available. Clerk showed her something on the screen and I am assuming because we booked through booking.com she said there was not one available. Breakfast was very poor, food was not cooked thoroughly potatoes were hard and cold, gravy was not pourable and eggs were clumpy. The morning we left we did not get breakfast at all as only one person was working the breakfast area, and could not keep up with refilling the food. She needed help. When we checked out desk clerk said they had 41 check outs and said only one person setting up breakfast. As most checked out through the internet, clerk should have helped breakfast worker.

The hotel was okay. The carpet needs to be shampooed or replaced. The rooms were dark. Their was not enough breakfast for the guests. The balcony was a nice spot to hang out. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The cost of the stay was over priced.
