Staff estremamente gentile e disponibile, accoglienza ottima. L hotel è a due minuti a piedi dal pieno centro storico, quindi comodissimo. La stanza, pur avendo prenotato quattro ora prima dell’arrivo, era stata sistemata per le nostre esigenze, con un bagno enorme e molto pulita. Letto comodissimo. Colazione ok. Ottimo albergo per visitare Norimberga.
