The beds were comfortable rooms clean

Pool wasn't open only reason I booked but it was too late to unbook too expensive and rooms too small for 2 beds. If it wasn't last minute I would have went somewhere else

The breakfast was fine, was like any regular hotel breakfast.

I did not like that they had the pool closed 24/7 and they did not inform of us of this in any of their correspondence and I was really looking forward to it, I feel since it was listed as an amenity and was part of the price, a portion should have been reimbursed for that inconvenience.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was good.

Overnight receptionist wasn’t very friendly. The pool was closed (this was not advertised when we booked). The room was loud - a constant hum even when the a/c kicked off. The bathtub/shower could use some attention.

"Hotel was great. It’s consistently good and a good value for the money.. I just want them to get their swimming pool fix"

They newly rented it, and I really liked the decorating. It’s a pretty hotel. They have a nice lobby where you have breakfast. The staff was friendly no complaints.

They have an outdoor pool, which they advertise- and the implication is it’s open and you can swim- I was here last year in September 2025 in the pool was closed. Now I’m back June 7 and the pool is closed. Pretty much every time I come here the pool is closed and I’m frustrated because I bring a bathing suit and I wanna go in the water and it’s summertime and why is this pool closed? It’s like false advertising. We have a pool that you can ever use it.
