"Didn’t quite deliver on cleanliness!"

Great location. Close to many restaurants and shopping venues.

The room was minimally clean. The bath tub was old and grungy! Cleaning staff came and tried cleaning it to show me the stains and grime couldn’t be cleaned out. The female at the front desk called and explained it was old and couldn’t be cleaned.

Loved the design of the hotel, the atmosphere, the rooms were pretty nice and the lobby was amazing. The breakfast could be A LOT better but nonetheless I enjoyed my stay and the young gentleman Ricardo at the front desk was absolutely amazing with the help. Would definitely recommend this place 9/10
