Hotel Tampa Riverwalk

Everyone who works here has been so kind and helpful. Vincent assisted my check in and informed me of a dining credit that you get each day and that was helpful as I would’ve never used it. You can tell that the hotel is older from its design, but rooms are updated. Hallways need some TLC, but other than that it’s a great stay.

Great location! Right on the Riverwalk, proximity to UTampa, convention center, and the downtown location, lots to do without needing a car. Pool area had a great vibe with a pool bar, party every afternoon. Added an extra night, had to switch rooms but the hotel staff allowed us to stay in previous room until new room was ready.

The property could use some upgrades. The condition of the rooms had some visible wear/tear. Pool area does not have enough chairs.

The location is fabulous! The Riverwalk is so convenient a morning walk/run. The room is very spacious and I have a view of the river. Ice enjoyed watching the boats pass by. The pool area is great. There was a little battle to find chairs to lay on, but it seems we came on a busy weekend. The staff is the friendliest crew of people. Everyone is so sweet and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean, the beds super comfortable and overall I couldn't ask for a better stay! I can't wait to come back!!

We came to Tampa to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and the staff made it an enjoyable experience. Room location was great. The location of the hotel was so close to the areas we wanted to visit. Enjoyed the pool and DJ. I must compliment Lorenzo and Mara. They were so friendly and checked in on us every time they saw us.

Lorenzo was great!! Super helpful, patient and kind. The hotel needs a remodel.

Tampa riverwalk. Family friendly, nice helpful staff, rooms were clean. We had a balcony room, there was a concert in a park and fireworks on a couple evenings but the noise wasn’t that bad with the door closed. Atmosphere was fun with music by the pool. The location made it a great value since we did not rent a car and still had a lot of things to do and see!
