La simplicidad y limpieza. La atención y facilidad que daban al llegar temprano.

El desayuno estaba bien, muy buenos los jugos de papaya y piña.

El primer día el agua caliente llegaba escasa, el segundo día, directamente, no había agua caliente. Nos fuimos sin poder ducharnos. El lavabo se obstruia cuando abrías el grifo....

It's a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are very new, with new furniture and a comfortable bed, the bathroom is like new. The location is great, two minutes from the square. The breakfast is light and taken in a pretty dining area. But it's the staff that make the difference, attentive and industrious. I don't speak Spanish but they found someone to speak English with me. If you need somewhere to stay in Chiclayo, you can stay here without hesitation!

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, comfortable, with a smart TV. Location very central between the main plaza and mercado modelo. Breakfast can be brought directly to your room which is a nice bonus. Breakfast was good and in good quantity. They let me store my luggage on the last day after check out during my touristic visits. Also, I had to come back for another unplanned night because of a bus cancelled: they gave me the same price for a way bigger room for that last night.

Sounds from other rooms could sometimes be heard quite clearly, especially from the corridors. A bit less from the room itself. A lot of noise from the street. Not the hotel's fault, but there was a small discrepancy between the price booking.com showed me and the price it showed the hotel. However, it was not much so I paid the difference.
