The breakfast was beyond expectations. It was Amazing!

I was totally shocked with the price I paid for a few hours extra I needed for check-out. When I asked at the reception if we could extend our check-out, and bearing in mind, we checked in at 7.30 in the evening, it would have been too early for the kids to wake up, have breakfast and enjoy some time at the pool. The receptionist politely asked if I could speak in English because she didn't speak Greek. I then spoke in English and she replied in a very broken English accent "yes off course, it will cost..... until 3 p.m. and .... until 6 p.m." I obviously understood €14 and €18, respectively, because of her broken accent. I chose 3 p.m. However, when I went to pay at 3 p.m. (for check-out), the receptionist asked for €40. I found this totally unfair, ridiculously overpriced, and totally unprofessional as there was hardly anybody at the hotel, and our check-out didn't interfere or depend on the next check-in. Moreover, the brochure we were given did not mention anything at all about the cost for extensions of time, should someone request it, which is totally misleading. I'm very sad to say that this has disturbed me and unfortunately, I can not recommend your hotel.

Ruim opgezet park met veel groen en verschillende zwembaden. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en buffet voor diner.

I apartment was safe and comfortable, I did not have a room with those special pools as it was unavailable but my apartment was nice and spacious big sofas x 2 and two Tv. My booking was amended to correct double booking due to booking.com error. The hotel manager was lovely and even called me to help me amend the booking. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I looked out onto a small shared pool and a court yard of many other apartments. Lovely bed, bath robes.

The bathroom wasn't spotless there was mould at the edge of the shower and the floor edge which a cleaner could have dealt with. There was not washing up liquid provided to wash up any glasses etc. Not many TV channels available such as movie channels no smart TV. Location doesn't have much to offer a Seaview and the zone is very stretched out and I didnt get my breakfast in the morning as it seemed a hassle and not easy to find and in the morning it was raining so I did not feel to walk long distances in the complex.

A lot of amenities, nice and clean room.

Water pressure in the shower was not enough.

This is our first time as a family of four and the splash pool and main pool has been amazing for both of them. Splash pool is fun all day and main pool has activities throughout. The staff at dinning and the staff of reps have remembered my daughters names and makes them happy every time they see each other at the entertainment an every meal we attend. The hotel rooms has been cleaned well and beds made to a good standard. Even putting our girls teddies and comforters in a lovely position for our girls to get into bed. I want to thank Maria at the bar near the splash pool for always being kind and funny, making us laugh and serving us very quickly. Maria made being at the pool very fun.

דלת השירותים ממש ליד המיטה .. מלון ענקי הולכים מלא ברגל. ספא חופשי אך פחות יעיל . חייבים להודיע לפני שמגיעים כי הסוואנה לא תמיד היא עובדת וצריך להודיע מראש וגם היא לא חמה כמו שסוואנה צריכה להיות .
