Staff were excellent! Management needs improvement!

I wish I could remember the name of the lady who ran the whole place solo the first night we were there. She had to come down from cleaning rooms to check us in. She didn't act put upon or hurried. She was friendly and professional. Later we had to pull her away from cleaning to help us with a glitch on our TV. She fixed it promptly and cheerfully. She is sharp and has a positive attitude. She should be made at least an Assistant Manager, in charge of housekeeping and front desk. I hope this message gets through to her and to management. She is a valuable employee.

Ronda on the front desk was very friendly and check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and very spacious.

Absolutely nothing works!!!

The staff was friendly and it was a nice stay. A little out dated, but I've stayed in worse. There was a roach in the room, but we only saw one and otherwise it was clean.

Very friendly checkin and the clerk/housekeeper was very pleasant. The hotel is in need of update and modernization. Was told there was hot breakfast, but all carbs.

Quit. Staff is nice hotel not kept up well.
