I'd stayed in this area before and it is conveniently close to several fast food options and easy access to I-10 or on into downtown Ocean Springs. A Neighborhood Walmart is close. Rooms aren't anything elaborate, but have the essential minifridge, microwave, coffee, and are kept reasonably clean. I did note that every other day cleaning was missed a couple days over my 8 day stay, but I was fine. . I had to be up and out by about 5:50 AM each morning and, with breakfast advertised as beginning at 6 AM, I thought I'd have to grab some fruit and go. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Joy had everything out and set for guest by that time. The biscuits and gravy are excellent. Everything is freshly made and in a nice clean serving and dining area. Joy was very helpful and eager to make sure I had anything I needed before I left. Cat at reception was also very helpful and offered me some bottled water when I was going out in the heat.

Bianca, front desk representative provided excellent customer service - very nice and helpful. Upon arriving to the room had a small bed issue but was quickly resolved and moved to another room. Thank you for going above and beyond with the quick turnaround response. We really appreciate it.
