Hampton Inn Grand Rapids-South

My tv didn’t work in the room. The front desk lady try to fix it. It didn’t work move me to another room. It was smaller. Next day I move back into King room. Like I was then they removed the couch. I was sad about. But I made it work. The hot tub didn’t work.

Letting people know what was going before they book a room. But front desk lady did an excellent job.

Generally quiet, clean room, good shower/bathroom

Check-in was a bit delayed to like 6pm as room wasnt ready yet, eggs were a bit undercooked/wet

Bed could have been more comfortable.

It’s was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent different variety. Will definitely book again. Overall 10 out 10

We've stayed here before coming into Grand Rapids from Chicago for concerts. The hotel is clean, well kept, affordable, close to downtown, and the staff has always been friendly.

It's nice to have complimentary breakfast, but as someone who doesn't eat grains I rely on the eggs and sausage and both were very processed and incredibly salty. It was easy to see the sausage came from a box and the eggs were way overdone. But I understand that's pretty much the deal at this price point but it would've made the stay a notch better to have creamy eggs and fresh sausage - or even BACON!

Location

The heat was blowing cold air, we were freezing because the heat didn’t work, then we got moved from a King room to a double queen and it was freezing in that room as well. Staff didn’t want to upgrade to a better room. We actually downgraded and still the same problem in the next room. I won’t be back to that location 1 out of 10.

Todo muy limpio

Avía mucho ruido como por mas de dos horas y el objetivo de mi alojamiento era dormir para seguir manejando ! 😄
