How to get bad switched because they had stains all over the bed like it hadn’t been clean

Homeless outside property , hot tub not working and wasn’t very clean

No ice machine, no luggage stand in room, no tissues in room, had to switch rooms because TV did not work.

Not a thing

When we got there we couldn’t check in cause they were “short staffed” and we paid the extra $25 to check in early, the rooms shower wasn’t working, they had to send someone to fix it, the ac only had one setting, they refrigerator did not work, no ironing board but there was an iron that didn’t work. VERY FRUSTRATING 😡

La habitación es grande, el hotel es viejo necesita una buena arreglada, el desayuno bueno, café rico 😋

Sucio por la parte del estacionamiento, pocas mesas para el desayuno, las cortinas y sábanas de ven ya muy viejas 😃

La encargada en el momento que llegamos al hotel se portó muy grosera, esperamos casi 10 minutos para que alguien llegará a atendernos, y fuimos a buscar a alguien del personal del hotel, y encontramos a ella, y le dijimos que teníamos casi 10 minutos esperando, y nos dijo que ella llegaba a atendernos cuando ella quisiera. Es la única mala experiencia, del personal. Las otras personas que trabajan en los otros turnos se portaron muy bien.

Property was extremely dirty and it smelled like dirty feet and smoke.

I mentioned to the front desk person that I needed a different room because my mom is asthmatic and she was starting to feel sick. At that point they told me my reservation was canceled and I had to leave the premises or they would call the police. This was during Texas Tech graduation season with all hotels in town totally sold out.
