"Such a great travel experience!"

I called the Holiday Inn to a shuttle and as soon as I walked to the location at BWI, Rell, the shuttle driver was there, friendly and SO sweet and helpful! Grace at the front desk was fantastic! A true professional and so quick and helpful with my check in! She even sold me a beer even though the bar was closed. Rooms are spicy and span and SO nice! I highly recommend this hotel!

"Look no farther. This is the one to stay at"

I took my grandson on a Friday night for 6:00 a.m. Saturday for like. I think I'm just going to stay at this hotel for fun when I can! Every single staff person was friendly, kind, not just to the guest, but you could see it among the staff themselves. Room was immaculate transportation shuttled to the airport. Extremely prompt. Pleasant food was good. Bartending waitressing staff. Wonderful parking was great. I have not a single complaint!

The property was Central located in between the airport and downtown Baltimore, which was great for us. Plenty of restaurants located around the property to visit and eat.

We had no issues with anything in the hotel
