"The staff was amazing. We had a great meal at the restaurant. Peaceful night for the last night of our trek."

It was close to the airport without too much noise. The staff was very helpful.

It needed a few repairs. One elevator was not working. No ice machine on our floor.

"Great BWI option for overnight"

This was a fine place to stay before a next-morning flight. Great front desk staff and shuttle. Everything was clean and the room temperature was comfortable. We slept well and had our own pillows. We didn't use the TV so I can't speak to that.

Weirdly, it said breakfast was included, which it was not. My husband paid $10, I think, but said it was good. I never go down for breakfast anyway. The fridge was noisy, so we unplugged it (but plugged it back in the next morning).

Location is close to airport and rental car return. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Restaurant food is great. Breakfast is simple but very well thought out offers some sugar free options and high protein yogurt with no sugar added. Pastry and cereal. Comfortable bed and pillows. No airplane noise at all.

"A great trip to our Nations Capital!"

The staff had to work around a convention of college students who were there the whole weekend. They handled the additional stress with aplomb! From the waiters/waitresses in the restaurant to the front counter personnel they did their jobs spot on! Pets are considered part of the family. Our Shih-tzus were as welcome as humans!// Above and beyond? Absolutely! Navigating Washington DC is not for amateurs . The staff stood ready with shortcuts and "scenic routes" near monuments were gladly given. The "A" team is in the right place. They will take good care of you!
