Nice and clean, could order food and was good

Be VERY careful when parking here I paid for overnight parking upon check in and now have a £170 parking fine even though I paid, unacceptable

The bed was comfortable

Coffee selection poor and no hot water for a shower in the morning.

Location was great for work, 2 min walk. hotel was noisy (other guests) staff very helpful. Breakfast was great, if you like a full English. nice refurbishment after my last stay, good improvement. Bed very comfy, a large TV and good blackout curtains.

no idea how to get a receipt for the carpark once paid, and am still waiting for them to contact the company and resolve this, no hot water on the morning of leaving, again friendly staff did resolve this an hour later. Annoying banging coming from somewhere above my room even though i was on the top floor, lasted about an hour on both mornings 6-7. Paying for the carpark has to be done via an app or on a screen in reception. but there is two different companies being displayed, staff had no idea which one.
