Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel

I love everything about it the hotel atmosphere which is amazing, the amazing staff, the rooms are amazing, the distance from the outlet mall area and casinos, boardwalk/beach and the close proximity of the NJ Transit station which is located right across the street only 2 minute walk and I don’t have to check out as quickly the checkout is fast if I checkout at 11:45am it gives me time to catch the 12:02pm train That’s another reason why I love the Sheraton their checkout time is 12pm which is amazing

Nothing cause there’s nothing to complain about expect having to leave when it’s time cause I wish I could stay longer, it has a welcoming and home feeling vibe

Honestly, everything about the property is great! Night shift staff from 5pm-12am are so so friendly! Honestly the most friendly hotel staff I have ever met! The room was fine, nothing fancy! It’s very spacious but you only get live TV for free, if you want to watch a movie on the TV you have to pay at least $24 for the movie

when it came to the morning crew it’s nothing but attitude and quick responses. I got told late night of my stay that I got an accommodated late check-out time for 1pm but when I called the front desk in the morning the lady who answered my call didn’t even let me ask if I could willingly pay the extra $50 plus tax if they had a later check-out time of 4pm but was immediately cut off by a quick “12:30 is the latest” but yet I was told 1pm last night? I myself work the graveyard shift and honestly don’t understand why it’s so hard to be a kind person at 10 in the morning. It just really upsets me to see the same pattern of behavior that is displayed in the morning shift of any place I attend. I get it’s the morning and you’re tired but I am also tired after working a 12+ hour shift until 5 in the morning and I can seem to muster up just the littlest bit of kindness when I talk to others. Why can you do the same since it was only 11am when I asked about the late check-out time?

WIFI is pretty slow and a bit of a pain to get into

The location was convenient to my event.

The room was to hot when we first arrived. We were told that there was issues with the air conditioning unit in our room and we WERE NOT offered a new room. We were told that the issue would be resolved upon our return and it wasn’t. We had to wait about an half hour for maintenance to come and fix the problem later that evening which was an inconvenience.
