Sleep Inn Asheville - Biltmore West

Staff was awesome and the place was very clean.

Breakfast could of been a little better.

It was okay

The work that was being done. The air conditioner unit. It wasn't working all the way.

Kitchen was nice

We found live bed bugs on the pillows and under the mattress. Management denied responsibility, suggested that we had brought them into the room ourselves, and even claimed that the sheets were not theirs! Because of the upset, I accidentally left behind a medical device in the room at checkout, which I didn't realize until later that evening. I called the front desk and they told me to drive back to retrieve it. When we arrived an hour later, front desk staff were two other ladies who refused us access to the room, and even threatened to call security. I ultimately had to call the police myself to recover the device in the room! This was an extremely frustrating and distressing experience.

Better than expected

Hard to find the turn in, signage very small.

Clean. Undergoing a remodel

Smells like fresh paint.. not pot. Plenty of police presence.

Everything! Given the price - awesome

Very clean, bed very comfortable.
