"Would come back any time"

Spacious room good for self catering too and coffee facilities in room. Nice gym, very friendly staff, amazing view from the top and hotel of a reasonable size rather than a hotel-factory. Great location.

Bar is a bit sad

"Excellent customer service and very nice hotel in the heart of town."

The location was excellent and the hotel itself was very nice. It would be nice to have some more amenities such as a small store for snacks and drinks available for guest purchase.

The only thing that was slightly unfortunate is the very loud music from the bar across the street until 2 in the morning.

Those who appeared to be residents of the Custom House 5th floor and above were not as friendly as the staff. The continental breakfast was a pay A La Cart, instead of included in the price. The location was exactly what we wanted. We were able to get everywhere's in Boston that we wanted to and a very walkable location to everything
