"Stay here, but do NOT expect the shuttle to pick you up at CVG. :-("

When I phoned the hotel to ask for the shuttle to pick me up at CVG, she said it would be 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I called back, saying no one had come to get me. She said she had told the driver. I called the driver, who said she had not told him. All in all, I waited 60 minutes for the shuttle, and one of them was lying. This is unacceptable.

The pool area was nice and the selection of the snacks. The front desk person tried to rectify the bad situation for us and I appreciate that.

It took 45 minutes to get checked in because the front desk person was up stairs taking care of something. When we got to the room it looked like someone had been laying in the bed because there was black material under the covers and hair. There was a heavy smell of raid spray. There was a lot of ants in the room. Mostly the bathroom
