I usually really want to sleep and I don't get off work till late and they always have got my day meeting no matter what time it is very understanding I really like this location

$35 pet fee everyday no shower curtain, no ice bucket, they charge you to make a outside call, says press 0 for front desk but the phone does nothing I called using my cell phone they said that I can use the phone in the lobby.

Stay away from this property if possible, first room we got had a half eaten pizza slice on the counter, they tv was on and the bed weren’t made. It seemed like that room was either not vacated completely or had just not been cleaned at all after check out. Not only was there food on the counter but immediately as soon as opening the door we got a foul smell coming from the bathroom that was right by the door, whoever had used that bathroom last was just nasty. The second room we got after we went back to check out for a new room was not any better. The beds did not have full bedding and you could see the entire completely dirty mattress along with all the scraps of paper under the bed. It was cleaner than the first room (just barely) but still we did not even want to put our bags down. The tv did not work and there was a bunch of drawings left from the previous person who had stayed in that room. Over all this hotel is very outdated and the housekeeping staff does not seem to be doing a very good job. I wasn’t even in this hotel an hour before making a reservation at a different one close by, definitely do not recommend!

It’s pretty dingey and honestly kind of scary inside. Like a haunted escape room. Staff was immediately bothered by the fact we had to check in or that we had to change rooms since none of the lights worked in the first room. The men in my travel group were scared of the hotel and trust me they don’t get scared easily. The whole in the bathtub was covered by clear scotch tape so none of us felt comfortable in the bathroom. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were bed bugs but luckily there wasn’t. Definitely kept all our suitcases closed anyways and didn’t leave anything laying around. Restless sleep for sure. Parking was easy but I would not stay here again. So scary

HORRIBLE cigarette smell. SO strong!! Cigarette smell is one of my migraine triggers, so I’ve been sick since last night (stayed one night and checked out right away this morning). I can handle staying at a run down looking place, which this was, but the potent cigarettes is unacceptable.
