"Exceptional"

The "happy hour" was a nice time. Room was clean and spacious. Location was great for what we came down there to do and where we had to go. Staff was very friendly.

Food options on the buffet for the "happy hour" was not that great. Not a lot of seating in the area.

"Nice hotel but don't forget anything there, you won't get it back!"

The hotel was nice. Dinner and breakfast included which was nice.

Our stay was good. However, we left our $200 pillow in the room when we left. I called before the day was out but was told it had not been turned into lost and found. I could understand if it were a small item that could've been lost, but this was a large bed pillow. The cleaning person had to pick it up with the rest of the pillows.
