Super 8 by Wyndham Cherokee

It was nice being in the middle of everything. The hotel could use some updating & cleaning up around the outside. Breakfast options could use some help, need more than just muffins & coffee with half & half creamer. A better selection of creamer would be helpful. But other than that it was a great stay. We would stay again.

When I checked in, I received room #214. I inspected the room, and it was clean but did have a mildew smell. within fifteen minutes I decided to take a shower and found out the drain was clogged...I was standing in 2 inches of water. After notifying the customer service clerk I was transfer to room #314 the room above.... that room had a clogged bathroom sink. Don't know how the staff is missing the issues when cleaning the bathrooms.

Family get away. The room was nice but my comforter had an old burn hole in it. Room 115. One night when returning to our room a small mouse ran across the hall from the area right past our room. Overall the location was great and i loved the size of the room and will stay here again

Great service at front desk

The elevator did not work. The pillow cases were dirty. The hotel had a musty smell.

Good stay. Don't expect breakfast unless you like prepackaged muffins and coffee.

Nice room for the price. Great AC, and beds slept well. Loved the space in the room. Didn’t like that the TV was broken.

Myself and my 5 year old needed a trip before school started and we stayed here. It's a great option for families or those traveling alone. A lot of room, clean and sweet staff

It was “okay.” Check-in went well. Staff was nice, although quite unprofessional in appearance. They extended our .com reservation with no issue. Our room was clean and bed comfy. Old faucet sprayed water all over the place when you turned it on. Had to put chair in front of AC to keep it from blowing cold air directly on bed. Jacuzzi tub didn’t work and could use some clean caulk. No breakfast. Our biggest problem was the lack of housekeeping. It was finally cleaned on the fourth day after two requests. It is pretty on the outside, though.

Our stay at Super 8 in Cherokee was great! The bed was amazing and the only thing I would change is to put coffee pots in the room. We would definitely stay here again.
